Whether you have never tried clay pigeon shooting before or are extremely experienced, Skeet and Trap is worth a visit. Not too far from central Bangkok it provides a unique experience – and despite most of us having never shot a gun, we managed to hit some targets!

The best way to book is through Facebook messenger. The company were very quick to reply and gave us lots of information. You can also call the numbers above but we found it difficult to communicate in English. To find the place, once within Ramkhamhaeng Sporting complex, look for the building and signs shown in the photos above.

On arrival you need to fill in forms with your details and we were told to bring a copy of our passport. Once you’ve paid you are provided with ear plugs and then accompanied by a trainer to the shooting area and shown what to do.

There are several areas where you can stand to shoot, each with a varying level of difficulty. The trainer was extremely helpful at giving instructions and directing us (in addition to, loading the gun for the girls).

Despite some minor cheek and shoulder bruising due to our amateur stance and gun hold, we will definitely be returning to perfect our shot very, very soon.
