Aromdee art provides a creative and enjoyable way to spend a day out of the heat of Bangkok. With a variety of classes to choose from such as pottery, clay throwing, jewelry making, drawing and painting there is something for everyone – and they cater for all levels of experience.
The studio is located on the ground floor of a cute house. The teachers are extremely friendly and helpful and group size is always small allowing for personalised tuition. Although tuition is mainly in Thai, they have a good level of English to ensure you also understand what to do.
Our advice would be to come along with an idea of what you would like to make drawn on a piece of paper or an image from the internet that you would like to recreate. The instructors can then advise you how best to make it, or whether it is too ambitious! Once you have decided on a design the teachers guide you through the process.
Half way through the day there is a stop for a traditional Thai lunch. This is made to order Thai food which is delicious and is included in the class price. After lunch you can either choose to paint your masterpiece from the morning or create another design.
With Christmas just around the corner, why not book a class to make that someone special something special.
